Medical matters, clinical requests are not dealt with via the email. If you have a query or request about a medical matter, please either use our appointments request form or call reception on 020 7272 1585.

The practice will always try to give you the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. We hope you will use our practice complaints procedure to allow us to look into and if necessary, put right any problems you have identified or mistakes that have may have been made.
