1. Pharmacy & Self-Care
Help and support available from many Pharmacies, Local and National Organisations.
Pharmacy First
There are 7 common conditions that community pharmacists can now treat with antibiotics if needed:
- Earache – 1 to 17 years.
- Impetigo – 1 year and over.
- infected insect bites – 1 year and over.
- Shingles – 18 years and over.
- Sinusitis – 12 years and over.
- Sore throat – 5 years and over.
- Uncomplicated urinary tract infections – women 16-64 years.
Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals and can offer clinical advice and medicines for all sorts of minor ailments, with a same day consultation at a time that suits you.
2. Book an Appointment
Book a Face to Face or Telephone Appointment during Practice Opening Hours.
The easiest way to request an appointment is by clicking “Submit a new request” below:

- The form asks key questions similar to what a doctor would ask, and is sent immediately to the practice.
- A GP will review the request and respond by phone, email or text message. If an appointment is needed, our reception team will send you a self-booking link, or call you to arrange a time that suits you.
- Online consultation submitted before 5 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will be reviewed by a GP on the same day.
- Encouraging online form usage helps to free up our telephone lines for elderly and vulnerable patients.
You can also book appointments using the NHS App. Click the link below to Download:
NHS App
Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet – including prescriptions and appointments.
